At Impressions Online Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, you will receive an E-Gift Card via email within 5-7 business days.
